A headache is any pain in the head whether it’s a shooting pain lasting one second or the kind of pain that lating for  for two days.


Headaches are divided into two categories

1) primary Headache:
 A primary headache is when the headache occurs on its own.      
2)  secondary Headache:
secondary headache is when the headache is the result of another

Types Of Headache:

1) Muscular headache:
Muscular headache are caused by tensions in the jaw and neck muscles.
2) Vascular headaches
Vascular headaches are caused by problems in the network of arteries between your skull and the skin of your head.

Tips to Fight Against Headache Pain

Listen to music:

Combine your relaxation exercises with your favorite music in the background and you’ll relax even more.


Exercise regularly:

Regular  exercise can  prevent some people from getting headaches.                                                                                                                                          
Choose an exercise you enjoy and  try to exercise for at least 150 minutes every week.

Eat regular meals.

To avoid from headache you should take healthy diet and never skip your meal.
Be careful with  alcohol and tobacco:
Alcohol and tobacco using is also cause of headache you should try to avoid from alcohol and tobacco.

Eat a healthy diet:

You should always eat diet that contain proper amount of amounts of vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients.
Reduce stress at home and work:
Try relaxation and breathing exercises to help minimize stress.
